Sessions are generally one hour long. I also welcome journals and client cases/verbatims should you find these helpful for discussion

I am available via zoom or other video platforms, by phone or in person within the Melbourne Metro area.
Hours
I am available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays during business hours or evenings (AEST/AEDT — Australian Eastern Time Zone)
Fees
